1. Acceptance
By installing or using Upneet's Games (the "App"), a parent or legal guardian agrees to these Terms on behalf of themselves and their child. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App.

2. Who the App Is For
- The App is an educational game for children aged approximately 4–8 years, intended for family use.
- Parental supervision is recommended, especially for online play with live voice chat.
- Solo games work fully offline; online play needs internet.
3. Online Play & Voice Chat Rules
- Voice chat exists only so two invited players can talk while playing. It is never recorded.
- Children must not share personal information (full name, school, address, phone) while playing online.
- Recording another child's voice or screen without their parent's permission is not allowed.
- We may block abusive room codes or remove service availability at any time to keep the app safe.
हिंदी: ऑनलाइन खेलते समय बच्चे अपनी पर्सनल जानकारी (पूरा नाम, स्कूल, पता, फ़ोन) किसी को न बताएं। किसी की आवाज़ रिकॉर्ड करना मना है।
4. Your Content
Drawings created in the App are saved only on your device and remain yours. We receive no copy.
5. Intellectual Property
The App, its design, games and content are owned by the App publisher and protected by copyright. You may not copy, modify or redistribute the App without permission.
6. Advertisements
The publisher may display limited, family-safe advertisements in future versions. Any such ads will be age-appropriate and follow Google Play Families / Apple Kids policies (no behavioural profiling of children). This page will be updated before any ads appear.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
- The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes
We may update the App or these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date on this page. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
